Some tricks to make your cereals taste better is to add some dried fruits and some nuts in it. That will add fibers to your meal, along with vitamins and taste.
If the box of the cereals you buy looks like a box of cookies and the list with ingredients is very long, I say you should avoid it, if you are seeking for a healthy breakfast, of course. Things get even more difficult if you have kids, they are very reluctant to eating things they don’t like or don’t look good. We all know kids are not interested in what is healthy, but you should be, you can go for honey to provide sweetness to the cereals, instead of sugar and definitely buy a box that contains healthy cereals but has some cartoon cereals on it, children will be impressed and you can convince them easier to eat them.
